Withdrawal

  1. 1. The academic year starts from April of every year.
  2. 2. New admissions are made, subject to availability of seats at the beginning of the academic year.
  3. 3. Application for a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) should be submitted one week before withdrawal of the student. One month Fees will be charged after the 10th of the said month of T.C. is taken.
  4. 4. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance from the different departments.
  5. 5. No duplicate T. C. is issued. However under special circumstances a duplicate T. C. may be issued in accordance with the rules of the state government.
  6. 6. Parents wishing to withdraw their children at the end of the academic year must inform the Principal in writing before the end of February, failing which school leaving certificate will be issued only after the school reopens.
  7. 7. Either parents are eligible to receive T.C. from the office. None other than parents will be allowed. If incase parents are out of station, One prior authorization letter has to be submitted in favour of the person has to receive the T.C.
