Discipline & Rules

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SCHOOL

  • Self discipline is the forte of the school.
  • Students should arrive at school before the assembly before Assembly starts.
  • Students must be punctual for assembly and class.
  • Students should maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the school premises. Littering is prohibited.
  • Students should observe polite civil behaviour. Ragging, Screaming or use of unparliamentary language is forbidden.
  • A late comers may be granted entry into the school only if one has a valid reason else may send back to home.
  • Students must present themselves at all times in a clean and respectable manner, well polished shoes, proper socks and a neat and clean uniform. Boys must have a proper hair cut, nail cut. Trinkets, expensive jewellery and caps should not be worn inside the school premises.
  • A student, not properly attired in the school uniform, will not be permitted to the assembly or to the classes.
  • Class Monitor shall maintain the class discipline in the absence of the teacher. All students should cooperate with the monitor in maintaining discipline. Tiffin must be taken in the class-room. After tiffin please remember to leave the place clean. Use dustbins and napkins. Don't waste any food and water.
  • Boxes etc.
  • Books, notebooks, bags, tiffin boxes etc. should be used in silence and in an orderly manner.
  • The classrooms must be kept clean, and the furniture and other equipment in the classrooms must be respected by the student. Any damage done to the classroom furniture, and other equipment will result in the imposition of a selective/collective fine of the student/class. Any student found littering the school campus will be fined per instance.
  • No student will leave the school premises during school hours including recess, without the prior permission of the Principal. In case of emergency, the child will be escorted home by parents with written permission of the Principal only for the health related issues.
  • Cell phones Electronic or Digital gadgets are not allowed for students in School. If seized, will be charged a fine.
  • P.T and games are compulsory. Those who are injured or sick should seek exemption from the Principal with proper medical documents. Games which bring a unity, healthy competition among their house friends. Std-ll to Std-X are officially allotted different houses. Its purely a team work with a proper physical fitness. . The students must wear their official house uniform on Saturday only.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. We expect our students to maintain high standards of personal conduct which includes honesty discipline, integrity, humility, ethics and values. The undesirable behaviour  repeated indiscipline will lead to serious consequences.
  2. School Premises are to be kept clean. Litter or rubbish is to be disposed in dustbins provided for the purpose.
  3. Do not run about or play inside the school building except playground.
  4. Do not steal times between periods to go to the lavatory or for drinking water. The intervals provided for this are long enough.
  5. Do not use the school building for any purposes other than those for which it is designed.
  6. In case of accidents, students requiring medical attention are to be promptly taken to the school office.
  7. Students should not scribble in their notebooks or books. Pages from the note books should not be torn.
  8. The books and note books should be covered with proper cover paper.
  9. Do not damage school furniture's, fixtures/buildings or belongings.
  10. Do not use any unfair means during a test/exam.
  11. Do not scribble or write anything on the school uniform and walls etc.
  12. Use proper and clean inner wears everyday.
  13. Any kind of fashions like nail polish, mehendi or tattoos etc are not entertained in the school.
  14. Nail should be trimmed on a regular basis.
  15. Do not gossip, prank or use any form of physical/emotional violence against other students.
  16. Do not indulge in any misbehaviour / misdeed directly on social medias which could be derogatory for the school.
  17. Only one child is permitted to come out with an out pass during class hours in case of emergency.
  18. No one is allowed to come out without pass during class hours.
  19. Student should numbered the pages of the note books and must write Index at front.

RULES (Code of Conduct)

  1. R-1: If any student speaks slangs and is proved then S/he will be given YELLOW ribbon to tag on the pocket for 15 days.
  2. R-2: If the same student is caught for 2nd time for the same cause then a BLUE ribbon will be tagged and S/he will be given a separate place on the classroom and none of his/her friends will talk with him/her for one month.
  3. R-3: If the same student is caught for 3rd time, for the same cause, then a RED ribbon will be tagged and a fine will be charged from parents and S/he will be restricted for 2 months from the school.
  4. R-4: If same student commits the same mistake again then forcefully TC will be given.

RULES GOVERNING ATTENDANCE & LEAVE

  1. No students should remain absent without prior written leave application to be sanctioned from Principal through class teacher.
  2. In case of illness, application for leave should be sent to the Principal through the Class Teacher, failing which leave may not be granted.
  3. Leave will not be granted on the reopening day of the term and on exam days except for special reasons such as severe ill health.
  4. The name of students who are absent without leave application for over 15 days at a stretch may be fined for the same.
  5. Students falling short of 75 percent attendance may not be considered for promotion.
  6. Long leave on any other grounds will not be allowed ordinarily except under very special circumstances only with permission of the Principal.
  7. Students are not permitted to arrive late or leave during school hours except emergency only. Still they need permission from Class Teacher and Principal.

DOCTOR'S ADVICE

  1. Do not send children to school when they are sick for attending classes or appearing for assessments to avoid spreading of microbial infections.
  2. All students returning to school after suffering from an infectious and contagious disease must produce a Fitness Certificate issued by a doctor permitting him/her to do So.
  3. Students suffering from any of the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before resuming classes.
  4. Chicken pox:Till the blisters have completely dried and the scabs fallout off
  5. Measles: For 4 days after disappearance of rush
  6. Mumps:For 9 days after onset of swelling
  7. Whooping cough: For 7 days after effective antibiotic therapy
  8. Jaundice:To full recovery duly certified by the physician treating the patient
