Eligibility

NEP-2020 (National EDUCATION Policy) announced the model structure for the education as 5+3+3+4, comprises 12 years of school and 3years of preschool.

Foundational Stages = 5 Years, Age 3-6 [preschool] and Age 6-8 [Std-I and Std-II]

Balvatika – I	3+Yrs to 4Yrs
Balvatika – II	4+Yrs to 5Yrs
Balvatika – III	5+Yrs to 6Yrs
Std – I	6+Yrs to 7Yrs

Preparatory Stages = 3 Years, Age 8-11 [Std-III to Std-V]
Middle Stages = 3 Years, Age 11-14 [Std-VI to Std-VIII]

As per the availability of seats admissions at GYANAJYOTI PUBLIC SCHOOL BARTOLI are open in the month of November for Balvatika-I, Balvatika-II, Balvatika-I Balvatika-III to Class - I and in the month of March for class II & above classes. GPS has set age guidelines for the admission of children into appropriate classes. This is based on the general physical, mental, and emotional development of children at different ages.

Registration

ADMISSION APPLICATIONS can be collected from the administrative office on payment of Rs. 500/-. Completed admission applications, with all the required documents, will have to be handed over to the administrative office, within 7 days of collecting the same. There will be an interactive session with the child to study motor, emotional and verbal skills (for pre primary). Upon approval of admission, parents will be informed and they will have to pay the admission fee to complete the admission formalities. For further information or clarifications please contact the Administrative Office. Please note that the issue of admission application does not guarantee admission. The advertisement is given in the month of January to take admission under RTE Act. 25% reservation of seats in STD-I are kept for under privileged persons.

Admission Procedure

Prospectus and Registration forms required for admission will be available at the school office on cash payment basis.
Forms should be duly filled in and certificates mentioned in the form are to be submitted with the form.
The registration fee is not refundable and registration does not guarantee admission.
Children seeking admission to Balvatika-I , Balvatika-II, Balvatika-III & Std.-I must have completed the age of 3, 4, 5, 6 years respectively in the month of 1st of April in an academic year (e.g. 01/04/2026 for coming session.)
Admission list of students will be strictly on the basis of merit.
Birth certificate from competent authorities, countersigned transfer certificate from the previous school and 1- passport size and 1-stamp size color are required at the time of admission.
Fees should be deposited by the stipulated date, failing which the seat will be allotted to the student on the waiting list.
Fee once paid is not refundable or transferable.
